Emotional Freedom Technique
Did you know that Emotional Freedom Technique is a great strategy to use in schools and in supporting staff, parents and pupils to deal with unresolved emotions?


It is fast way of reducing anxiety, stress and negative emotions almost immediately and minutes to restore balance. It’s been clinically proven and an authorised treatment for war veterans with PTSD, (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome).


Several studies (for example, Church 2010) were conducted with war veterans, who had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome were given 6 sessions of Emotional Freedom technique (EFT) and 90% were free from PTSD after 6 sessions.
